Le ministre charg\u00e9 de la Consommation souhaite faire figurer la mesure dans le prochain projet de loi consommation. un d\u00e9lai de r\u00e9tractation de 7 jours \u00e0 l’occasion du rachat de bijoux et d’or d’investissement (pi\u00e8ces, bijoux et lingots).\u00a0 Son objectif: encadrer de mani\u00e8re plus stricte les conditions d\u2019exercice de la profession et prot\u00e9ger les consommateurs.<\/p>\n

Concr\u00e8tement, deux options pourraient se poser aux clients, si cette mesure est appliqu\u00e9e. Soit la transaction se fait: dans ce cas, le professionnel doit conserver l’or qui lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 vendu car le client dispose de sept jours pour changer d’avis et venir r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer son bien. Soit la transaction ne se fait pas: dans ce cas, le client repart avec un devis et peut attendre sept jours avant de se d\u00e9cider \u00e0 vendre.<\/p>\n

La hausse des cours de l’or ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es a en effet vu appara\u00eetre un nombre important de boutiques dont les pratiques commerciales ont \u00e9corn\u00e9 l’image de la profession.\u00a0Elles ont d’ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9pingl\u00e9es l’an dernier par l’Institut national de la consommation. Le Snimep milite pour \u00ab\u00a0la juste information du consommateur\u00a0\u00bb, qui passe notamment par \u00ab\u00a0un encadrement de la publicit\u00e9 \u00e0 des cours fictifs\u00a0\u00bb et un affichage des prix en boutique.\u00a0<\/p>\n
